My Vision
Culture
 A collaborative culture where teachers and staff feel heard, classroom feedback matters, and leadership is willing to make adjustments based on feedback they receive from campus leaders and teachers is crucial to success. I have a deep understanding of how culture is tied to performance. We have to have both.
Student Success
Every student is different, and success does not look the same for everyone. We must provide strong academics, career and technical opportunities, advanced programs, interventions, and support services so students can succeed based on their individual strengths, needs, and goals.Â
Accountability
We have a responsibility to taxpayers to be fiscally responsible and transparent. Every dollar should be evaluated by its impact on students, teachers, and the classroom, with clear expectations for results. We need a thorough review of the budget to eliminate waste and direct more dollars to classrooms. With declining enrollment and unfilled teaching positions, we must scrutinize nonessential spending, including plans for a new central administration building.
